The leadership of the NANS (National Association Of Nigerian students) ZONE D (Southwest) led by Com Kappo Olawale Samuel applauds the brilliance in OSUN, Praises the president, His Excellency, President Mohammadu Buhari, and tasks students to focus more on education
NANS,the national body for all Nigerian student, says they're happy and commends the effort of FG in OSUN.
The union, through the office of the DIRECTOR FOR BASIC EDUCATION (COMR. OKO MOMI) hereby commends the FG for the bold step taken to provide scholarships to students of that state.
In addition to the lauds given by the NAOSS body governing the welfarism of students in OSUN STATE, Comr. Yusuf Wasiu Olamilekan also extends his greetings to the Governor of Osun state commending him for this bold step, and on behalf of all Nigerian students, he thanks the Governor for his kind gestures and should always do more.
In a press interview with him, he also pleaded to the Governor to help provide more facilities and amenities to both primary schools and secondary school in the state in order to facilitate their learning process.
He also implored the Governor not to set back in improving educational standard in the state and also call upon all kind hearted people, philanthropist in the state to as well contribute in cash and kind to the development of education in the state.
In statements made by him gathered by our media team, the union, applauds the brilliance of Akintade Abdullahi, the overall winner of National Science Competition for secondary school students, TIFE9JABLOG reports.
On this note, the students are hereby given the task to focus more on their education as that is their priority. He admonishes them to shun cultism or any form of immoral act."Focus om your edication and make your parents proud", he said. He also implored Governors in the southwest to emulate this good act.
Conclusively, he said "OOINN, MY PRESIDENT, YOU'RE DOING WELL"
