Yes, you can change IMEI on android with a USSD code, you don’t need to download an app for this., But be sure your phone is rooted

Follow the steps below.

・Simply dial, *#7465625# or*#*#3646633#*#*

・It should load Engineer mode

・Click the call pad or connectivity options.

・Look for CDS information and click on it.

・If you’re using a dual sim then you need to choose the one you want to change.

・For Phone 1: “AT+ EGMR=1,7, your new IMEI number”.

・For Phone 2: “AT+ EGMR=1,10, your new IMEI number”

NB: Make sure you add a space in between AT+ and EGMR.

• It should look like this“AT+EGMR=1,10,123456789XXXXXX”

• Select “Send At Command”.

• You should receive this message “AT command Sent”

• Reboot the device or Turn airplane mode on and disable it back

• Dial *#06# to confirm your new IMEI.
