Being the fact that, the Accused, in the person of Akinwunmi Adesina, has been a larger and major contributor to the development of Africa at different levels and at several sectors.

As we all can attest to the historic general capital increase he led the bank into achieving in the early months of the year 2020 , raising the initial capital of the bank by an increase of $15b, which serves as the highest in history and first of its kind since the establishment of the African Development Bank.
Furthermore, delving into a recent time action he took as regards the global Pandemic, COVID - 19, he took a very bold step and several measures in ensuring that the AFDB can substantially provide support for all African countries who are affected with the novel pandemic, And as such, in conjunction with his board of directors, he approved a sum of $10b crisis response facility which serves as one of the major contribution to Africa entirely.
Afterwards, the bank under his Leadership, later launched the $3b fight COVID-19 social impact bond on the international capital market, all in the view to contain the spread of the deadly virus.
His Paternal instincts, love for Students and Youths, massive and Positive Contribution largely to the economy, is of a high and reputable standards.
Moreover, taking a look and backing up what the former President of Nigeria (H.E OLUSEGUN OBASANJO) highlighted, that over the years, 18 million people were and have been provided access to electricity under the light up and Power Africa Innitiative he facilitated, 141 million people gained access to renowned and modern agricultural technologies which help and in the further security of food and agricultural produce.
Unfortunately, conscious of this tremendous deeds of the AFDB PRESIDENT, the US government has now called for an independent probe into allegations by a group of whislte blowers against the AFDB PRESIDENT.
After he has been, cleared by ethics committee of the board of directors and Chairman of the board of Governor's of the bank.
According to a monitored report from Bloomberg, a letter which was dated May 22 and addressed to the Chairperson of the AfDB board of directors, Niale Kaba, stated that the US Treasury Department disagreed with the findings by the bank’s ethics committee that cleared Adesina of any wrongdoings.
According to the US treasury secretary, “We have deep reservations about the integrity of the committee’s process. Instead we urge you to initiate an in-depth investigation of the allegations using the services of an independent outside investigator of high professional standing.
It's so evident the youths and Students serves and stand as the future of a particular Nation and the continent, - (Africa) at large.
The act of the USA, through the Treasury Department of the nation is apparently a direct attack , moreover a jeopardy to the bright future and plans the AFDB president has for the entire youths of Africa at large.
Therefore! That the Association under the Leadership of Ajayi oluwafemi Ef'em Castro of the Obafemi Awolowo University, negates and condemns the act of the United States of America through the U.S treasury secretary, as they are obviously terminating the future youths and future generations to come in Africa, following the contribution of the AFDB PRESIDENT, in the Youths and Students sector.
That we condemn the United States Government through the u.s treasury, to stop the calling further of independent probe of the AFDB PRESIDENT as he has been cleared by the appropriate quarters! That we condemn the allien practices of the United States of America through the u.s treasury as they have little or no say, moreover having no right to alter the established ethicsof the AFDB.
