Buhari is a fearless and enthusiastic leader - Sanwo-Olu

 According to the governor, Buhari has displayed unrivaled leadership abilities, patriotism, honesty, and courage in sailing the ship of Nigeria.

Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Lagos State, has praised President Muhammadu Buhari as a strong and passionate leader.

On Friday, December 17, the President turned 79.

Sanwo-Olu said in a congratulatory letter signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Gboyega Akosile, on Thursday said Buhari's dedication to Nigeria's growth and development was worthy of emulation.

According to the governor, Buhari has delivered honest and transparent leadership in the country.

Buhari, he claims, has displayed unrivaled leadership abilities, patriotism, honesty, and courage in sailing the ship of Nigeria since taking office on May 29, 2015.

"On behalf of my family, the administration, and the people of Lagos State, I wish President Muhammadu Buhari a happy 79th birthday."

"You have given up the most of your life in devotion to our beautiful nation."

"You have made enormous contributions to the unity, progress, and prosperity of Nigeria since your youth," he added.

The governor observed that Buhari had previously served as Minister of Petroleum Resources, Head of State, and now President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

"I thus participate in celebrating President Buhari's 79th birthday with family, friends, acquaintances, leaders, and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC)."

"I wish our President many more prosperous years of good health and wisdom as he serves our precious nation," he added.
