MOURNING THE DEATH OF A LEGEND; OLUBADAN OF IBADAN, OBA SALIU ADETUNJI NANS (SOUTHWEST, ZONE D) MOURNS WITH FAMILY.
Death is an unavoidable occurrence in the life of a human being. Death, on the other hand, is a testament of sacrifice for a King who has given his all for the cause he has chosen.
We mourn the death of the 41st Olubadan of the ancient city of Ibadan land, Oba Saliu Adetunji, who joined his ancestors beyond on January 2, 2021.
"Death is something inevitable," Nelson Mandela says. When a man has completed what he considers to be his duty to his people and country, he is free to rest."
Oba Saliu Adetunji, the Olubadan is a mighty King whose imprint of humanity, compassion, and lovingkindness will live on.
The Olubadan, Oba Saliu Adetunji is a great King whose imprint of humanity, compassion, and lovingkindness will live on in all of our hearts forever. Indeed, death does not mark the end of a great man's legacy, as his name lives on.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family members; may God grant them comfort and strength to bear this great loss. We express our condolences to all chieftains, Palace residents, Ibadan Land, and Oyo State in general.
Legends, it should be noted, never die. In our hearts, he lives on.
